At 11:42 PM Eastern Time, system health returned to normal and the service degradation incident was marked closed. NCAtrak is responding normally and reports should be running without issue.
The NCAtrak development team is implementing new maintenance procedures recommended by Microsoft to prevent this type of service degradation in the future. A new weekly maintenance window is planned for Monday mornings at 2-4 AM Eastern Time. During that maintenance window, NCAtrak will remain available but may run slower than normal.

At 10:40 AM Eastern Time on July 1, 2025, the NCAtrak team became aware of a service degradation issue impacting the same cloud infrastructure which caused the outage on June 30, 2025. The team is actively working with ClearDATA and Microsoft Support to determine the cause of the service degradation and mitigate the impact to users.
During this time, NCAtrak may run more slowly than normal. Any reporting will also be unavailable until the cloud infrastructure can be restored to a healthy state.
