FAQ

NCAtrak is a yearly subscription with the first year costing $3100 and $2100 per year thereafter. The first year subscription fee covers initializing your CAC in NCAtrak and initial training so that your team can get up an running smoothly and quickly with the application.

There is no limit to the number of cases and associated data that you store in NCAtrak.  The yearly subscription fee is all you pay, for unlimited access.

We will initialize your CAC within NCAtrak and train your team on working with the user-friendly interface as well as answering any questions you may have regarding NCAtrak operation.  The NCAtrak interface is intuitive but our support team is an email or phone call away if you need assistance.

The NCAtrak support team is available Monday-Friday from 9:00-5:00 PM Eastern Time. We are best contacted at ncatraksupport@nca-online.org and respond to support queries within 24 hours. Many of our most powerful features have come from requests by users just like you, so if you see something that could be improved, get in touch!

On top of our vibrant NCAtrak learning community where users like you and our support staff can help you troubleshoot and make the most of NCAtrak’s rich features, we also offer regular public training sessions including Introduction and Setup of NCAtrak, MDT and Case Management, and NCAtrak Reports. Custom training options for teams and power users are available as well.  Additionally, we offer a monthly virtual “Office Hours” session, every first Thursday of the month from 3:00-4:00 PM Eastern Time, where anyone can join in, get help, and ask questions about NCAtrak.

NCAtrak is stored and backed up in a secure cloud environment. Our hosting partner is a HITRUST certified provider of cloud services that specializes in health data, and assists us in ensuring that our system is compliant with HIPAA and IT security standards.  Your CAC’s data is available only to those users set up within your CAC and no other CAC or user has access to it, and you control who can see it within your organization.  We undergo regular security risk assessments to ensure our system is robust, secure, and ready for you to work with.
