July 9, 2025 NCAtrak Outage
At 3:40 AM Eastern Time on July 9, 2025, the NCAtrak database became unavailable do to an error in a maintenance procedure designed to improve the intermittent issues impacting reporting. This issue prevented user logins to the NCAtrak application.
At 10:24 AM Eastern Time, the NCAtrak team completed a procedure in coordination with Microsoft Azure Support which restored the database to full functionality. For any questions regarding the outage, please contact the NCAtrak Support team.
